Wall Street Properties has been in the Real Estate business since 1979, first in Encino and since 1986 in Tarzana.  The corporate office is located in the prestigious Wall Street Plaza located at 18663 Ventura Boulevard, Tarzana, California.

There are numerous apartment and office buildings throughout the San Fernando Valley that were built, remodeled and managed by Wall Street Properties.
